Morning Double-Wreck Dives
Divers of All Levels / 15 yrs+
Our morning trip goes to the world’s second largest artificial reef, the Vandenberg. Sunk in 2009, this 520-ft long, 100-ft tall shipwreck sits on a sandy bottom at 140-ft deep. The approximate depth of the deck is about 100-ft. Diving this wreck is a truly unique experience!
While this is considered an advanced dive, it is accessible to divers of all skill levels who have been diving in the last year and are at least 15 years old. Our crew sets up a line descent system using a traverse line to the main mooring line to the wreck. Guides are suggested for all and required for divers who do not hold at least Advanced Certification.
Check-in at 8:00 am
Return 12:00-12:30pm
Afternoon Double-Reef Dives
Divers of All Levels
Snorkelers & Riders Welcome
Just off the Florida Keys, a short boat ride away, is the world’s third largest living coral barrier reef. On our afternoon trip, we dive two reef sites with tons of tropical fish. This shallow reef system is perfect for the beginner diver or the avid adventurer. These dives can be guided but most certified divers are comfortable with the relaxing 25-35-ft depths and hour-long dives at each location. The Captain chooses the actual reef location each day based on current conditions and with the goal of getting you to the best visibility and sea-state.
Snorkelers and Riders are welcome to join on this trip so bring the whole family!
Check-in at 1:00 pm
Return 5:00-5:30pm
Night Dives
Experience a shallow night dive on the Reef with us! We descend with the sun and the moon is high when we surface. The Coral Reef comes alive at night as the Parrot Fish tuck into their protective cocoons, Brittle Stars and Lobster become active, Squid swim about and more! Summer conditions make Night Diving even more amazing!
Night Dives are scheduled for every Wednesday and Saturday but can also be scheduled upon request. These trips are one-tank dives and dive lights are provided. We suggest a Guide for maximum enjoyment.
Call the shop if you’d like to get a group out on a different night.
Check-in times vary based on sunset times.
